Job Title: M&A Solution Architect
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 9-12 months, potential to extend and convert
Location: Remote - 50% travel
Pay Rate: $48-$58/hr (confirming budget), will need to get their conversion salary
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with demonstrable experience in M&A integration projects.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs, practice management systems), and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical assessments into clear, actionable integration plans.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and meet defined deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as required to clinic locations for onsite assessments and meetings. (50%)
