About the Role:
- We're seeking passionate and highly motivated interns for our Brand Engagement Center Internship Program, offering exposure to the automotive industry in a corporate setting.
- Your primary role will be to serve as a liaison between owners, prospective owners, dealerships, and headquarters, supporting our national contact center through customer engagement and problem-solving.
- This internship offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to build a confident, professional image while contributing to world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between vehicle owners, prospective buyers, dealerships, area offices, and headquarters, supporting the national contact center by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- You'll handle tasks such as evaluating customer issues related to financial assistance, dealer sales, service, or product concerns, and determining the appropriate actions to enhance owner satisfaction and retention.
- Throughout your internship, you'll undergo comprehensive training on vehicles, policies, products, services, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Your overall mission is to support the department's objective of providing exceptional customer service and building lifetime advocates for the brand.
