About the Role:

• The Provider Network Contracting Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the provider contracting process and initiatives.
• This position involves handling complex and escalated inquiries from network providers and care partners related to various contracts, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and DSNP.
• The representative ensures that all requests are managed in a timely, customer-focused, and professional manner

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracting email boxes and collaborate with leaders to address complex inquiries from external provider practices or healthcare entities.
• Ensure timely resolution or escalate issues to the appropriate party. 
  Support and organize contracting-related workflows, including ad hoc mailings, contract management, fee disclosure updates, template editing, documentation gathering for audits, and complaint triaging. 
• Update and maintain supporting documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures for the department.
• Provide regular updates to management on identified issues or trends.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance plans, product offerings, and reimbursement models, staying informed about changes and trends in healthcare. 
• Perform other duties related to provider contracting and network management as assigned.

Education Qualification

• A High School Diploma or GED is required. 

Pay Range:

$24 - $30 an hr.
