- Seeking a seasoned Business Process Consultant with hands-on ServiceNow experience to support strategic digital transformation initiatives across multiple business domains for a new client, including Clinical Device Management (CDM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- CDM experience (Customer Service Management) - Need certification here, CIS in CDM
- FSM experience (Field Service Management) - Need certification here, CIS in FSM
