Overview:
- SAP experience required.
- Working with circuit boards, building.
- Master scheduling and building.
Duties:
- Reviewing SAP ques and feedback from other planners and master scheduler and procurement.
- Giving input, determine if can build now or what is blocking it.
- Work with a lot of number, attention to detail, no room for errors.
- Planner Must understand manufacturing capacity and allocate as required to meet build plan commitments.
Soft Skills:
- SAP to help automate planning and procurement function.
- Not just a button pusher, experience with another program then transition over to SAP.
- Learn to opt more on the product that can be done.
- Wants SAP to be more automated.
- Identify someone under concepts of SAP/ deep dive (working system to optimizer).
- Looking for someone willing and ready to ask questions. Have procedures but always updating.
- Updating processes as needed.
Required:
- BA in Business with min 5 years’ experience - experience with 1 to 2 companies using their skill set.
- Electronic Manufacturing field would be helpful.
Top 3 Skills
- SAP -nonnegotiable.
- Crafting documentation/ working through higher level tasking. Experience in integration.
- Communication with all departments in timely fashion.
- Also interacts with senior internal personnel.
