Job Description –

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end ETL processes in Oracle environments, ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability.

• Analyze and integrate complex datasets across multiple systems, building conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data warehousing solutions.

• Write, maintain, and optimize advanced PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.

• Implement and manage database performance tuning, partitions, indexing, CDC, and data purging strategies to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable data frameworks using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Must-Haves

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL development and data warehousing with large data volumes.

• Deep understanding of Oracle DBA tasks, including query tuning using AWR reports, execution plans, and optimization strategies.

• Proven expertise in ETL development, data modeling, and Unix shell scripting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to influence technical direction and drive solutions.

Plusses

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

• Exposure to Python, Hadoop, or Gen AI/ML technologies.

• Background in financial services or banking industries.
