Technical Support Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules and custom print forms.

Manage user groups, permissions, versions, and software releases.
-
Monitor system performance, logs, and maintain integrations (e.g., nCino Mortgage, Optimal Blue).
-
Prepare and batch HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) update files to Encompass.
-
Manage reporting databases and data warehouse environments.
-
Write business rules for new issues aligned with market and business model changes.
-
Build and maintain Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables and rules (e.g., fees, data fields).
Business Support Responsibilities:
-
Run and maintain the daily Hotlist.
-
Build and manage Crystal Reports on schedule and for ad-hoc requests.
-
Run monthly survey reports and maintain service credentials across vendors and LOS.
-
Update and manage business contacts in LOS (including payees, employees).
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business priorities.
Required Technical Skills:
-
Strong technical troubleshooting skills within Banking / Consumer Lending environments.
-
Proficient with SQL Server and OS monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
-
Familiar with documentation and collaboration tools like Confluence.
-
Understanding of networking concepts: firewalls, IP segmenting, and whitelisting.

Experience with Disaster Recovery and BCP/BCPIIS practices (Apache Tomcat is a plus).

Knowledge of Incident and Change Management, as well as Vendor Management.
