Sourcing Specialist
Contract: Newark, New Jersey, US
Salary Range: 30.00 - 36.00 | Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Work with internal clients to integrate procurement processes and policies into regular business practice
- Assist with accurate completion of Workday processes and compliance with procurement policies
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Staff, internal clients, and external suppliers on RF(x) creation, dissemination, and management
- Procure goods and services through eProcurement tools, evaluating products and services for overall value
- Obtain quotes, conduct cost analysis, and participate in price and term/condition negotiations
- Assist with special projects and generate queries and reports from Strategic Sourcing systems for internal customers
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the strategic sourcing/procurement field required
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Healthcare Industry, Contracting (Legal), Finance, Technology, and Workday preferred
- Analytical thinking ability
- Strong oral, written, listening, and interpersonal skills
