Pay Rate: $85/hr - $90/hr
Must Haves:
- 5+ years hands-on experience integrating with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM
- Deep understanding of NowAssist AI and its role in optimizing platform use
- Strong platform knowledge — expected to own the technical solution and do showbacks with client
- Worked in a client-facing capacity (involved in workshops, process ~60%)
- Experience supporting developers, doing functional testing, and building project readiness tools (e.g. Go-Light checklist)
