DayToDay Responsbilities:
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather feedback, demo progress, and realign priorities.
- Update leadership on product roadmap progress, metrics, and risk
- Maintain and configure Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, ADO, etc.).
- Create dashboards and views for leadership and stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues beyond team control.
- Prepare and facilitate sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Encourage continuous improvement through actionable retro feedback.
Must Have:
- 5+ Years of product/project management in enterprise environment
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Excellent at communicating with stakeholders—executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and negotiating trade-offs.
- Experience with Jira for project tracking
- Use data to inform planning and identify delivery issues early.
