The Teamcenter Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, deployment, and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes that align with business goals and drive digital transformation. This role serves as a technical authority, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, and IT to ensure the enterprise's successful implementation and integration of Teamcenter platforms. The architect will translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and future-proof PLM processes, supporting process improvement and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end implementation and optimization of PLM processes to improve product development and lifecycle management.
  • Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand and analyze customer business needs and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
  • Design solution blueprints and detailed technical documentation, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Teamcenter, including integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate and prioritize escalated product-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and define appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security best practices in all PLM activities
  • Support organizational change by outlining process changes, conducting training sessions, and driving adoption of PLM best practices
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess, select, and implement technologies that best meet business objectives
  • Stay current with advancements in PLM technologies, industry trends, and solution architecture practices to drive continuous improvement

Required years of experience:

  • 3-5 years of implementation and integration experience with Teamcenter
