Must Have:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Business
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance (FICO) module experience (7+ years preferred).
- Strong configuration skills across all FICO areas (AR, AP, FSCM Credit/Collections/Disputes, Product Costing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, independence, and teamwork skills.
