Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (2016, 2019) and VMware environments, ensuring system health and high availability.

• Proactively monitor performance, conduct patching, and perform regular system upgrades using automation where possible.

• Configure, deploy, and manage virtual machines and Windows clusters to support enterprise workloads.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across virtual and physical infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

• Maintain system security and operational stability in compliance with ITIL-based operational controls and risk governance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Windows System Administration, including Windows Server 2016/2019 and clustering.

• Advanced knowledge of VMware administration and virtualization technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical teams and upper management.

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, risk governance, and operational best practices.

• Technical proficiency in Linux, network management, and command-line utilities for performance analysis and troubleshooting.
