Position Details:
Title: Payroll Specialist /Payroll Analyst
Duration: Contract - 6+ months + renewal
Location: Toronto, ON/ Dartmouth, NS – 3X/Week in office
Compensation: $35-$40/hour
Interview Process: 1 Hour Virtual Interview with Managers
Day to day responsibilities:
- Functioning as Payroll Function for clients
- Payroll processing
- Guide the clients
- Canadian Payroll Legislation
- Process payroll, audit payroll
- Quarterly balancing - ensuring reporting is correct for
- Client's payroll schedule
Must-have/key skills needed:
- 3-5 years Payroll Experience is a must
- Customer Service (communication/verbal)
- Able to research and look up information on their own
- 3-5 years of Canadian Work Experience
- PCP Certification or NPI Courses (PCP in Progress is OKAY but PCP Cert is IDEAL)
