Roles and Responsibilities:

Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Fraud and Claims Operations.

Review and analyze basic or tactical Fraud and Claims Operations assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.
-
Provide information to Client personnel in Fraud and Claims Operations.
-
Support Customer Service and seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
-
Perform routine customer support tasks.
-
Interact with client personnel on basic information.
-
Working fraud chargeback requests.
-
Processing payments for clients in a Non-client facing position.
Nice to Have Skills:
-
Great at communication skills, detailed, good writing skills, adept at basic computer skills, basic client research skills, and able to learn new systems.

Experience in credit card chargebacks is preferred.
-
Experience with Credit Card fraud is preferred.
