Title: MXG Capacity Planner
Type: Remote
Must Haves:
- Must possess a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge within the mainframe environment
- z series, zos operating system, architecture and design and other systems that support and interact with mainframe environment
- Mainframe scripting / programming experience using JCL or other coding languages
- Expert level statistical and analytical application experience.
- Ability to advise, consult and support multiple client environments each having unique requirements and requests.
- Proficient in identifying system performance issues
- ZCloud knowledge and experience
- Interaction and maintenance with technologies such as storage, virtual tape and or network in support of the client compute environment
Qualifications
- Required - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
- Preferred - Understands the competitive Mainframe landscape from both a business and technical perspective
- Travel % - 10%
