**Contract-To-Hire**
Must Have:
- 3+ years hands-on experience integrating with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM
- Strong platform knowledge — expected to own the technical solution and do showbacks with client
- Worked in a client-facing capacity (involved in workshops, process ~60%)
- Experience supporting developers, doing functional testing, and building project readiness tools (e.g. Go-Light checklist).
- Pay Range: $70-$75/hr.
