About the Role
- We’re hiring a Service Designer 2 to help transform healthcare services through systems-level thinking and human-centered design.
- This role focuses on mapping complex service ecosystems — not app screens — across physical, digital, and human touchpoints.
- The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, fluent in Figma for mapping/storytelling, and comfortable conducting contextual research in real-world healthcare settings
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end healthcare service experiences and ecosystems
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, and system models in Figma
- Conduct research in hospitals, clinics, and home environments
- Collaborate across product, clinical, technology, operations, and research teams
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Service Design, Design Strategy, HCI, or related field
Pay Range - $35 - $39 an hour
