Position Details:

Position: RTC Consultant 

Location: NewYork,NY

Pay Range: $65 - $75/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months contract  (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)    

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in voice, video, and networking infrastructure.

• Proven experience in technical analysis, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data.

• Skilled in documentation using Visio, BPMN, or similar tools.

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and escalate issues appropriately.

• Hands-on experience with service management and reporting best practices.

• Strong communication skills and experience as a technical writer, particularly in support of AV systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution needs, technical requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee certification of peripherals and support AV/meeting room tech.

• Drive lifecycle management, ensuring system stability and compliance with risk programs.

• Enhance service management through process automation, inventory oversight, and task streamlining.

• Utilize data-driven metrics to measure performance, guide improvements, and optimize operations.
