Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.

This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems.

You will address situations where initial product support has been unable to resolve issues, and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to engineering teams.

Proficiency in LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication/user management systems.

Understanding of email troubleshooting, including platforms like Office 365 and Exchange.

Knowledge of Web Services, including SOAP and REST.

Working knowledge of network troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with bi-directional integration between systems.

Experience with scripting languages, with a preference for JavaScript.

Familiarity with relational databases.

Ability to gather and interpret various log files.
