Pay Range: $65 - $70
- Collaborate with the Staff Systems AV Engineer on new office builds, taking on internal project management tasks such as scheduling, issue management, and procurement of owner-furnished equipment.
- Assist in the commissioning of new spaces and manage vendor relationships and external resource coordination.
- Manage and audit online tools, and develop and maintain documentation for processes owned by the A/V Engineering team.
- Provide Tier 3 support escalation by leading troubleshooting efforts for unresolved issues identified by the AV Operations team, and collaborate with team members to resolve these issues.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure effective cooperation with A/V Operations and Events teams.
