About the Role

• We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to develop and implement security solutions.
• This role involves architecting and engineering trusted systems into secure systems, administering security technology systems, and assisting in the development of implementation and deployment plans aligned with organizational strategic objectives and security requirements.

Responsibilitie

• Operate and maintain network security infrastructure to support mission-critical operations.
• Oversee security infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, and advanced configuration of security tools such as Palo Alto firewalls, F5 WAF, Illumio, Proofpoint mail gateways, IDS, AWS, and other security tools.
• Respond quickly and effectively to network issues, outages, and change requests.
• Recommend and perform system maintenance on network and security hardware/software as required.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Provide mentoring for other engineers on equipment/software.
• Cross-train in-house to share knowledge and share workload.
