Job Title: Workday Configuration Specialist
Location: Charlote, NC; Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 - 18 Months Contract
DAY TO DAY
- Manager runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology
- This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function
- This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems
- This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON
MUST HAVES
- 7+ years working within Workday Configuration
- Can go into Workday and change a business system
- Can build from scratch
- 5+ years of Core HCM configuration
- 3+ years with recruiting experience
- Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON
- Experience demonstrating builds to the business
- Able to explain what they built and why
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes
- Good communication, self starter, eager to learn
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 – $68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
