Position: Workday Configuration Specialist (recruiting) 

Type (Contract): 12-18 month contract 

Location: Charlote, Chicago, Kennesaw and Richmond

DAY TO DAY:

• Manager runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology
• This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function
• This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems
• This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON 

MUST HAVES:

• 7+ years working within Workday Configuration
• Can go into Workday and change a business system
• Can build from scratch
• 5+ years of Core HCM configuration
• 3+ years with recruiting experience
• Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON 
• Experience demonstrating builds to the business
• Able to explain what they built and why
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes
• Good communication, self starter, eager to learn
