Position details:

Title: Scrum Master

Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 06 Month

Pay: $ 55 – 60/ HR

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Scrum Master Senior with 5+ years of experience to work directly with a team implementing Agile Methodology. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile Methods, including Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the creation of a self-organized, self-managed team
• Train or support Agile Coaches in training the team on Agile methodology
• Ensure the project team adheres to Agile Project controls

Qualification:

• Minimum of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) required
• Five or more years of direct experience in Information Technology
• Two or more years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Hands-on VersionOne tool experience preferred
