Position: Workday Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; Kennesaw, GA
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)
MUST HAVES

10-15 years working within Workday Configuration

Can go into Workday and change a business system

Can build from scratch

5+ years of Core HCM configuration

Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON

Experience demonstrating builds to the business

Able to explain what they built and why

Understand business needs and be able to think about existing solutions within Workday, or what is on the roadmap

Business analysis experience

Experience working with offshore teams
