Help customers with their 401(k) and retirement plans — answering questions, guiding them through transactions, and handling account requests accurately.
Requirements:
- Calm under pressure and good at handling tough calls
- Banking or financial experience
- 2+ Years Customer service experience
- Must have excellent communication (Rated 10/10)
Training & Shift Details:
- Training Hours: M-F 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Arizona time)
- Post-training, you will follow the shift selected at the time of offer.
Shifts (Post-Training, Arizona Time):
- M-F: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Arizona Time)
- M-F: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Arizona Time)
- M-F: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Arizona Time)
