Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect (FSM)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $65–$75/hr depending on years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Field Service Management (FSM).

Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
-
Build data models, transform maps, and define core technical architecture.
-
Create clear user stories for development teams.
-
Script in JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
-
Work with CMDB to ensure data integrity and alignment.
Must-Have Skills:
-
5+ years in ServiceNow
-
3+ years in FSM implementation
-
Strong JavaScript scripting experience
-
CMDB expertise
-
Proven experience writing user stories & analyzing data points
