PURPOSE:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Designer, who will be instrumental in translating our iconic global hotel brand’s vision into meticulously executed designs across print, digital, social media, and environmental media. Your ability to adapt and implement a cohesive visual identity across multiple touchpoints will directly enhance the guest experience and strengthen brand recognition worldwide.
  • Bringing expertise in digital and social media creative strategy, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand engages across online platforms. From high-end in-room materials to immersive event branding, dynamic social campaigns, and omnichannel marketing assets, you will lead the execution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence in every deliverable.
  • You will work across a variety of platforms and mediums, balancing creative excellence with the technical precision required for high-end digital and print production. This role demands not only strong design skills but also a keen understanding of digital trends, social engagement strategies, and multimedia storytelling, ensuring our brand remains visually compelling and culturally relevant across all platforms.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute and implement the refreshed global brand identity across all digital, print, and environmental design assets within our worldwide hotel portfolio
  • Own the execution process—from initial design concepts through production—ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and attention to detail in every phase
  • Design, refine, and deliver high-quality marketing materials for international audiences, including social media graphics, digital campaigns, email templates, website assets, brochures, presentations, guest-facing collateral, signage, and event branding
  • Develop production-ready assets that adhere to brand standards and are optimized for various global platforms, formats, and printing specifications
  • Collaborate as needed with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, operations, and hospitality teams, to produce best-in-class visual assets that align with business objectives
  • Problem-solve design challenges, ensuring that creative solutions meet functional requirements across print, digital, and environmental applications
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies across multiple countries to ensure flawless execution of designs, from color matching and paper selection to large-scale environmental graphics and signage
  • Refine templates and workflows to optimize design efficiency and ensure assets are easily adaptable across global markets
  • Consult on brand websites and sales materials, ensuring alignment with the new brand identity and providing design recommendations to enhance user experience, visual appeal, and consistency across all digital platforms.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and creating design systems
  • Experience in Canva for developing social media templates and digital assets
  • Experience with signage systems, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or guest experience design in the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, UI design, or 3D rendering
