About the Role:
- We are seeking an Image Capture Representative to join our team.
- This role involves the scanning and imaging of customer/client documents received through various mail services.
- The successful candidate will ensure that all documents are processed according to departmental guidelines and will operate high-speed machinery for scanning and imaging tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed scanning machinery for document imaging.
- Perform user maintenance on scanning machines.
- Extract documents from envelopes and identify exception transactions.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and foreign items.
- Conduct Match and Compare, Health Logic Match and Compare, and Special Health Logic Match and Compare as requested by clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Skills:
- Experience with high-speed scanning machinery.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify exceptions.
- Basic cash handling and payment processing skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
