Job Summary:

  • As a Senior Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing change management strategies and frameworks for large organizational changes within the Personal Banking unit.
  • You will collaborate with initiative sponsors and program teams to integrate change management activities into broader program plans and ensure successful change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments and evaluate stakeholder readiness.
  • Identify potential barriers, risks, and key enablers for successful change adoption.
  • Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies and actionable tactics.
  • Engage sponsors and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Develop communication plans and learning initiatives to drive change.
  • Identify potential people-related risks and craft mitigation strategies.
  • Lead change efforts aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a client-centric approach and ensure the client’s voice is represented.
  • Promote knowledge transfer to build long-term organizational capability.
  • Exercise a servant leadership mindset to foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Organizational Change Manager with expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Advanced communication skills including presentation, facilitation, and written communication.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute change initiatives effectively.
  • Experience in leading change efforts aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice-to-have Skills and Experience:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Designation and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry and change management role (3-5 years preferred).
