Pay Range:
$20/hr - $27/hr

This is a hybrid position. You will work in the office four times per week and work remotely the remaining day, and further subject to applicable policy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop an expert knowledge of the applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • Ensure the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.
  • Ensuring candidates have accurate and timely information to complete necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Educate new employees on the documentation needed to complete the onboarding process.
  • Order background checks on applicable candidates.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) is consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices, as appropriate.
  • Assists in the coordination of job fairs, Super, as needed.
  • Work on special TA/HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree or 1- 2 years of campus recruiting coordination experience.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in Financial Services, Banking, or College.
  • Recruitment is highly desirable and provides a strong foundation for success and growth.
  • Must be a team player who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet the needs of various constituencies.
  • Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to escalate issues to appropriate parties and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Handshake, as well as the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
