About the Role:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing materials to support our satellite production team. You will interact with various departments such as procurement, planning, quality, and EHS to ensure efficient processes and positive outcomes. This position requires a detail-oriented problem solver who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads. Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate different functions within our warehouse, starting with one of the following paths: Receive, Put-Away, Pick, or Kit
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
  • Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
  • Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies. Communicating with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.
  • Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
  • Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.
  • Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices.
  • Resolve individual work blockers and knowing when to escalate if you are unable to resolve yourself.
  • Learn new processes.
  • Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures.
 
Education Qualification:
  • 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer is preferred.
 
Required Skills:
  • Highly organized and self-starting.
  • Comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
  • Flexible and possess good written and oral communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
 
Shift Timing:
  • SUN-WED 3PM-1:30AM
  • WED-SAT 3PM-1:30AM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3PM-1:30AM
