Role Description:
- This position involves supporting both client’s Product Managers by handling account maintenance, troubleshooting online banking issues, processing deposit applications, and resolving complaints.
- This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as a background in banking or finance.
Responsibilities:
- Process deposit applications and loan modifications with accuracy.
- Send out disclosures and track issue resolutions.
- Determine action items to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet performance expectations.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and business objectives.
- Prioritize tasks and multitask under pressure.
- Manage various types of internal and external communications professionally.
- Work flexible hours, including day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
- Craft communications tailored to the audience to ensure high-quality customer service.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum of High School Education.
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in the banking or finance industry, specifically in banking and/or mortgage lending.
- Team-oriented with a focus on providing extraordinary service and upholding company culture and values.
- Ability to anticipate, recognize, and meet client needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient use of time and resources to accomplish tasks.
- Strong personal organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
