Job Title: Project Manager – BSA/AML & Financial Crimes

About the Role:

We’re seeking a mid-level Project Manager to support large-scale initiatives within the Financial Crimes space at Client Location. This role will focus on coordinating and executing BSA/AML remediation efforts across frontline teams. The ideal candidate brings strong project execution skills, experience in regulatory environments, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and drive execution of BSA/AML remediation programs.\

• Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Line, Risk, and Corporate Functions.

• Prepare executive-level reporting and dashboards for leadership updates.

• Lead team meetings and support decision-making efforts.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-impact deliverables with focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

• Utilize tools such as MS Suite and APIP (preferred) for program tracking and updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.

• Demonstrated experience within BSA/AML or Financial Crimes programs.

• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred:

• Experience with APIP (Action Plan Implementation Platform).

• Familiarity with RCSA processes and enterprise risk frameworks.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within financial services.

• Background in consulting, compliance, or operational risk roles.
