Must Haves:

3+ years of experience as a BIM Engineer (Brownfield Environment – Implementation of equipment)

Integrating with Existing Infrastructure: Model around existing structures and systems using laser scans or point clouds to capture as-built conditions.

Clash Detection in Tight Spaces: Coordinate precisely in spatially constrained environments to avoid conflicts between new and existing elements.

Retrofitting and Upgrades: Design piping upgrades, equipment additions, and utility reroutes with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Leverage As-Built Documentation: Use existing drawings, scans, and field data to ensure model accuracy and alignment with real-world conditions.

3+ years of experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks and reality capture applications
-
3+ years of experience with Revit, IFC, data interoperability and general awareness of other BIM and parametric design applications

3+ years of experience standard design and drafting practices
-
3+ years of experience with industry standard and code compliance (ASME, ANSI, and similar)
