Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Prep & Logistics Assistant to support chemical sample preparation, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
This role ensures timely and accurate handling of materials in compliance with safety and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship chemical samples per department procedures.
Prepare chemical samples following standard operating procedures and lab practices.
Support inventory management and order tracking processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines.
Assist with logistics operations related to sample handling and distribution.
Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.

Requirements:

Proven reliability and commitment to punctuality and teamwork.
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately document activities and follow instructions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with lab safety practices and ability to follow SOPs.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and meet compliance requirements.

Pay Range: $18 - $20 an Hr.
