Job Summary:
CEROS/INTERACTIVE RESPONSIBILITES:
- Will work under the guidance of the Art Directors working only on interactive on the platform
- Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance
- Design according to Client's specific brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members
- Multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and work independently
- Work on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines
- Image searching, retouching, and manipulation

MOTION RESPONSIBILITES:
- Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout
- Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
- History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
- Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
- Design according to Client's specific brand guidelines
- Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance
- Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree, B.A/B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) CEROS, Wireframing, interactive builds, UI/UX and HTML/CSS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital design
- An exceptional on-line portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
