About the Role

• We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for processing materials to support our satellite production team.
• You will interact with various departments such as procurement, planning, quality, and to ensure positive outcomes.
• This position requires problem-solving skills and the ability to perform a variety of procedures and troubleshoot standard tasks.
• You will work in a warehouse environment with varying workloads and will have the opportunity to learn and operate different functions within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.
• Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.
• Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, and communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.
• Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
• Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.
• Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
• Resolve individual work blockers and know when to escalate if unable to resolve yourself.
• Learn new processes.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures.

Education Qualification

• 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• Any Degree

Required Skills

• Highly organized and self-starting.
• Comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Flexible, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

• WED-SAT 3PM-1:30AM
