Pay Rate : $50 - $53 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and create AI-driven visual content: Conceptualize, develop, and execute cutting-edge visual experiences that transform music consumption, leveraging generative AI tools (text-to-video, image generation, LLMs) and integrating them with traditional video editing techniques.
• Master AI tools and workflows: Proficiently utilize and integrate a diverse suite of AI platforms (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) with video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve) for high-quality content production, including short snippets, music videos, and visual enhancements.
• Lead experimentation and problem-solving: Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, proactively troubleshooting technical challenges, and finding innovative solutions to push creative boundaries in visual storytelling.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work effectively with AI specialists, creative professionals, engineers, scientists, and UX designers, translating creative visions into technical requirements and facilitating seamless cross-functional communication to achieve project goals.
• Manage content output and contribute to strategy: Deliver a high volume of visual content while supporting project planning, timeline management, and potentially contributing to strategic discussions around AI integration and performance optimization.

Must Haves:

• Must have an extensive portfolio in AI filmmaking / AI Content Creation in the entertainment space
• Proficient in AI /technologies and industry trends to develop and write engaging content
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI content strategies
• Excellent writing and editing skill to ensure high quality AI generated content
• Understanding of user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize AI generated content performance
• Experience with professional photography and photo/video editing including photoshop
• Experience with design-centric applications (ex: Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to storyboard creative concepts and ideate quickly and iteratively
• Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects
• Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management
• Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
