Day to day :
- Collaborate with internal clients to define project goals and requirements.
- Communicate tasks, scopes, and timelines to team members.
- Monitor project performance to meet goals.
- Ensure projects stay within budget.
- Create and share detailed project plans.
- Hands on experience with machinery
- Troubleshooting
- Preventative maintenance
Must haves :

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field.

Strong understanding of AC/DC and Instrumentation theory.

Strong knowledge about VFDs and Motors (should be able to properly explain).
