About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and promptly entering information from images or original documents based on client instructions. This role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet various deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a full keyboard and numeric pad for data entry.
- Enter data according to customer instructions and screen prompts.
- Acknowledge and address out-of-balance transactions.
- Complete all tasks by the specified deadlines provided by customers.
- Communicate any computer system issues to the appropriate channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
