Job Description:
- The Banking Onboarding & Maintenance team functions as a virtual financial center, providing exceptional client service for clients with bank accounts.
- The department supports the activation of banking capabilities in branch offices.
- This role involves processing and researching new bank accounts and handling account maintenance service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Process and research new bank account applications and account maintenance requests.
- Manage calls calls to internal and external clients for problem resolution and new account processes.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide efficient service.
- Prioritize and handle multiple client requests with sound judgment.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Exhibit professionalism and provide a differentiated service experience for clients.
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education in finance or related fields is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office applications; proficient typing skills are essential.
- Effective communication skills, including excellent listening abilities and professional phone/email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-productivity environment.
- Strong organizational skills and proven history of ownership and accuracy.
