Job Description:

  • The Banking Onboarding & Maintenance team functions as a virtual financial center, providing exceptional client service for clients with bank accounts.
  • The department supports the activation of banking capabilities in branch offices.
  • This role involves processing and researching new bank accounts and handling account maintenance service requests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process and research new bank account applications and account maintenance requests.
  • Manage calls calls to internal and external clients for problem resolution and new account processes.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide efficient service.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple client requests with sound judgment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Exhibit professionalism and provide a differentiated service experience for clients.

 

Education Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional education in finance or related fields is preferred.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office applications; proficient typing skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills, including excellent listening abilities and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-productivity environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven history of ownership and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve complex situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Service-minded with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience with banking regulations and systems.
