Position: Warehouse role (2nd Shift) at Everett, WA (100% Onsite)
Start Day and Time: Monday at 10:00 AM
Shift Needs: Focus on 3 PM – 1:30 AM shifts
Pay range: $20/hr. - $24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Led the launch of a building (June 2024), focusing on workforce onboarding and skills development.
- Strong experience in ERP, highly valued, though other ERP systems are acceptable.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Desired: Ability to think on feet, strong computer skills, meticulous work ethic.
- Physical Role: Warehouse setting, requiring the ability to handle physical tasks such as moving boxes, material processing, and standing at desks for transactions.
- Role variety: Cross-training in areas like receiving, water spider, Kitters, and transportation.
Position Breakdown:
- Inbound: Receiving, processing materials, managing ERP transactions, dealing with complex or unmarked parts.
- Outbound: Picking, kidding, and transportation. Roles involve scanning, organizing, and managing materials for shipping.
- Training: First week (Monday-Friday) from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM for all new hires, transitioning to regular shift afterward.
- Shift Needs: Focus on 3 PM – 1:30 AM shifts.
Other Requirements:
- Experience: Open to candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience. No strict years of experience required; candidates with right mindset and adaptability are preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Temporary toe covers will be provided until candidates procure steel-toe shoes.
- Breaks & Amenities: On-site break room and lockers available. No strict cell phone policy, but phones should not interfere with work.
