Position Details:
Position: Hadoop Developer
Location: Charlotte,NC/Newark, DE
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)
Must Have:

Hands-on Experience with Hadoop and Spark – Proficient in building scalable data processing applications using HDFS, YARN, and Spark (RDD, DataFrame, and Spark SQL).

Expertise in Apache Kafka – Strong understanding of Kafka architecture, topic management, and integration for real-time data ingestion and streaming analytics.

Proficient in Python for Data Engineering – Skilled in writing robust, modular Python scripts for ETL, data transformation, and workflow orchestration.

Working Knowledge of NoSQL Databases – Familiarity with databases like HBase, Cassandra, or MongoDB for scalable, schema-less storage.

UNIX/Linux and Shell Scripting – Capable of writing shell scripts and managing distributed jobs in a Linux-based Hadoop environment.
