Day to day :
- Testing Nucor products
- Measuring dimensions on products to make sure they match the design
- Weld inspections
- Verify and document that finished product has been manufactured in such a manner that meets the requirements of the customer specifications and D1.1
Must haves:
- Experience in blueprint reading and layout.
- Ability to achieve VT Level II or CWI certification.
Plusses :
- Experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures.
- UT Shearwave Level II
- Experience with galvanizing and coatings inspections.
Salary:
$90K per year
