Must Haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience with customer service in an enterprise, banking or finance contact/call center environment. 
  • experience handling difficult situations with customers.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer. Tech savvy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Quick learner, note taker.
  • Self-motivated, driven – works independently. 

Day to Day:

  • Collabera is looking for a Treasury F&S (Fulfillment and Service) Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to large corporate and commercial cardholder clients of a global banking enterprise.
  • First point of contact for inquiries received from high revenue clients via 100% phone communication.
  • Responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Requests related to card products – activation, global card access works, new card requests, statement requests.  
  • May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound client inquires with patience, quality, and client delightReceive and respond to requests received by email, chat or phone.
  • Provides resolution for requests received via phone, chat or email
  • Interacts continuously and deepens relationships with internal business partners as well as clients to further enhance client delight
  • Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries
  • Utilize the various bank systems to support client’s requests.
