Responsibilties:
- The Utilization Management Nurse will work primarily with the Utilization Management team to conduct inpatient medical necessity/utilization reviews and other utilization management activities.
- Conduct Utilization Management reviews using the medical management system within department policy and procedure.
- Identify appropriate benefits, eligibility, and expected length of stay for members.
- Attend regular staff meetings and assist with mentoring new team members.
Education: - Ky License as RN, LPN, or SW
Pay Rate: $42/Hour
