Title: Motion Graphic Designer(CEROS)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $40/hr - $47/hr

Ceros/Interactive Responsibilities:

• Will work under the guidance of the Art Directors, working only on interactive on the platform – CEROS
• Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project, as well as accessibility compliance
• Design according to specific brand guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members

• Image searching, retouching, and manipulation

Motion Responsibilities:

• Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout
• Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
• History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
• Image searching, retouching, and manipulation
• Design according to specific brand guidelines
• Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project, as well as accessibility compliance.
• Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing managers throughout all phases of project development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree, B.A/B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), CEROS, Wireframing, interactive builds, UI/UX, and HTML/CSS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital design
• An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
