We're Hiring: Migration Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 - 12 Months 

Responsibilities:

• Work with various groups to determine contractual limitations with vendors
• Monitoring and reporting software license usage and trends and minimizing spend and rationalizing portfolios
• Liaising with end users and business customers and understanding their current and future requirements
• Proving regular feedback and presentation to customers, end users and senior management of latest migrations
• Lead and perform requirements gathering.
• Aligning digital strategies with overall strategic business goals.
• Recommend standard procedures and best practices.

Core Competencies:

• Advanced skills in MS Office tools
• Knowledge of report building (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and PowerBI)
• Ability to understand how database platforms work such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Understanding on how to install products such as Autocad, Cameo, Matlab, Solidworks,  SQL Server
• Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
• Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

Desired Competencies:

• Understand the requirements of connected data required for digital delivery
• Knowledge of the energy industry and the tools and systems typically used within the industry.
