About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Technical Program Management to lead and grow a high-performing team of program managers. In this critical role, you will drive strategic initiatives and oversee product development efforts that align with the company’s vision. This role is based in Holtsville, NY and follows a hybrid work schedule.
• The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of experience in Agile software project management, with a strong track record of delivering SaaS solutions to market and leading cross-functional innovation teams.

Pay Range: $63 - $66 an hour.

Key Responsibilities:  About the Role:

• Provide functional and strategic leadership to a team of program managers, including Level 1, Level 2, Senior PMs, and other managers.

• Foster team growth through coaching, training, and mentorship, while supporting individual execution of development goals.

• Lead Scaled Agile cross-functional teams and promote agile skillset development across the organization.

• Oversee solution delivery from concept definition through requirements validation, architectural planning, and execution.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budget to ensure minimal business disruption and maximum delivery value.

• Establish performance standards for complex, cross-functional programs across geographically dispersed teams.

• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, delivery efficiency, and time to market.

• Translate customer problems into detailed solution requirements; independently define proof of value and ROI.

• Lead system integration planning, release coordination, and demonstration/pilot execution strategies.

• Create and execute cross-functional workstreams that support sales enablement, solution development, and go-to-market readiness.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support.

• Deliver concise, data-driven business, technical, and program status updates to senior leadership using digital media and project management tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering or Technology Management) is preferred

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Agile/SW project management, including end-to-end delivery of SaaS solutions.

• Proven leadership and team development skills in a technical program management setting.

• Strong capability in driving strategic initiatives and leading complex product development cycles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Proficiency with JIRA, Agile dashboards, and other project management and digital collaboration tools.

• Recognized expertise in business operations, technical program execution, and cross-functional team leadership.
